RESERVATION DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICIES
REFUNDABLE RESERVATION DEPOSITS

WE REQUIRE AN ALL-INCLUSIVE REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT FROM NEW BOARDING
CUSTOMERS FOR 50% OF THE ANTICIPATED CHARGES (INCLUDING BOARDING,
GROOMING AND ANY ADDITIONAL SERVICES).  PAYMENT MUST BE MADE BY
CREDIT CARD, DEBIT CARD OR CASH.  CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED ONLY IF
DEPOSITABLE AT LEAST 30 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK IN.  PAYMENT IS EXPECTED
AS FOLLOWS:

PRIME TIME VACATION & HOLIDAY TIMES- A REFUNDABLE RESERVATION
DEPOSIT PAYMENT OF 3 DAYS BOARDING CHARGES ONLY IS REQUIRED TO
MAKE THE RESERVATION EVEN IF THE RESERVATION IS LESS THAN 3 DAYS.  
EXCESS DEPOSITS ARE REFUNDABLE AT CHECKOUT.  THE REMAINING BALANCE
OF THE 50% ALL-INCLUSIVE REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT REGARDED ABOVE MUST BE
PAID BY THE TIME THE GUEST IS CHECKING IN.

OTHER TIMES OF THE YEAR- THE 50% ALL-INCLUSIVE REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
MUST BE PAID BY THE TIME OF CHECK IN.
CANCELLATION / CHANGE POLICY

WE REQUIRE AT LEAST 3 BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR NOTICE OF CANCELLATION /
CHANGE FOR A FULL REFUND OF THE RESERVATION DEPOSIT.  OTHER
CANCELLATIONS / CHANGES ARE REFUNDED AS FOLLOWS:

DEFINITIONS
CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED- VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS,
DISCOVER OR DINERS CLUB.  DEBIT CARDS CAN ALSO BE ACCEPTED BUT NOT
OVER THE PHONE UNLESS AS A VISA/MASTERCARD CHECK CARD.
