Trust your pet to the kennel that offers a Peace-of-Mind Wellness Program. If your pet sustains any unexpected illness or injury during their stay or within five days of your pet's departure, Country Pet Lodge will provide up to $500 for your pet's veterinary care. The coverage for this will be automatically added to your final boarding bill. It is $3.00 up to three paid boarding nights per pet and $5.00 for all other stays.
Please note that this program does not cover any pre-existing, chronic health or medical conditions, canine influenza (if it comes to our area), or canine cough. Also not covered is an injury caused by one of your pets to another if they share an accommodation space as requested by you.
"As first-time customers, we were a bit nervous at first about what to expect for our two dogs. We were happily surprised that your service exceeded our expectations. We really liked that we could call anytime and get a full update on how the dogs were eating, sleeping, and behaving. When we did call, the person we spoke to seemed to personally know and be involved with our dogs, which was really nice. We will definitely be returning for another visit! Thank you!"

"We were very pleased with Nellie's care! We were also amazed that there were no pet odors when we entered your building. My son is a Winslow Twp police officer and the animal control officer suggested your facility. Again, we were very pleased with Nellie's care. Thanks so much. We have already recommended Country Pet Lodge to our son and daughter!"

"Maddie seemed like her usual happy self when I picked her up. She has been with me since February and this was her first time away from me. I, most definitely, would use your facility again. I liked the report card given to me about how she reacted to a new environment. Everyone was very friendly! Thank you."

I appreciate you checking in! This was Brewster's first stay at a kennel so we were a little worried about how he would do. Your staff was very understanding and patient with all of us. Brewster was definitely a bit shy and nervous while staying with you, but that's normal for him in a new environment. I loved that you provided us a report card and verbal feedback when he was picked up. Your team obviously works well together and keeps each other updated on the dogs in your care. Brewster was VERY tired when he came home, but after a couple days of rest in his own house, he's back to his normal self! I know he was well taken care of during his stay with you. Thank you again for the follow-up and for taking care of Brewster while we were away."

"I was so impressed by your staff! They were polite, helpful, and caring throughout each step of Max's stay. This was the first time I have ever boarded Max. I was unsure about how this was going to turn out; however, I was informed that I could call at any time during business hours to check on him, and each time I did the responses were truthful and reassuring. Because of his experience, I feel comfortable boarding Max again!"
"Hello everyone! We wanted to say thank you for taking care of us while our mommy and daddy were away on their cruise. It was our first time away from them and our mommy was really nervous. She even had our aunt call and check up on us every day! But everyone at Country Pet Lodge was so nice to us and we had so much fun. We even loved our desserts every night too! They were really yummy! It is nice to know that there are people who can take good care of us while mommy and daddy are away (although we don't know if mommy will get up the nerve to leave us again)! Maybe we'll be back to visit again soon. But thanks again for all your wonderful care! Paw paws and doggie kisses."

"It was just yesterday that I was just a wee pup and my mom brought me here for the first time. But not before she got a great recommendation from a local, well-respected dog trainer. So, after about a thousand questions answered and all her concerns addressed by the owners, she brought me in. Only the best for me, don't you know? I was a little nervous because I didn't know what to expect. Linda, Hank, and "the girls," as I like to call them, showered me with attention and love. I thought I was looking good before I came in. When they were done giving me the full professional treatment, I was so handsome; I was turning all the girls' heads. Mom tells me that even though it is a bit of a drive and not as convenient as some closer grooming places, she will only take me to a place she completely trusts. They give her a report every time I am here to make sure everything is okay. I love it here so much that I don't like to leave. But when it is time to finally go, all the girls that are near or at the front desk stop what they are doing to escort me out. How great is that? I have not stayed here for boarding but I've got to tell you, it looks like a resort for the dogs and cats fortunate enough to vacation here. I kind of feel sorry for their owners because I'm not sure they will be having as much fun and getting as much attention as I see their furry family members are having and getting here. There is always some kind of social thing going on - pizza parties, ice cream, barbecues, bagels, swimming pools. Wow! I have not gone to any other place for grooming because why would I? I am loved and professionally taken care of with compassion and affection. That's a win-win situation in my book. So what are you waiting for? Have your mom or dad call Country Pet Lodge. You won't believe how great they are!"
"'Our mom has always traveled for her job and this is the only place we've ever gone where we feel at home. Don't tell mom, but sometimes we wish she would travel more!' On a serious note, Bailey is disabled and this is the only place I have not worried about him when I have been out of town and I thank the staff for their care. Their sincere affection for the animals in their care is obvious."
"I actually got so many referrals to Country Pet Lodge that it gave me the confidence to feel I could be a responsible and loving pet owner when I need to travel. I finally found the Boston of my dreams. Even though I cry every time I drop Menu off, I am so comforted knowing he will be well-cared for and he is safe. Safety is my biggest concern and they have really made me feel confident, and Menu enjoys his pizza parties and bagel breakfasts! Thanks so much!"
